Description
A very rare and decorative sea chart showing from Cape Comerin in India east to Japan and Korea and south to the western coasts of New Guinea and Australia. The Dutch discoveries in northern Australia are marked, including those of Abel Tasman's second voyage of 1644, although Tasmania, discovered by him in 1642, is omitted.
Condition:
Some restoration to edges, other minor tears repaired.Related products
