Description

A column of British redcoats marching towards the breach in the wooden stockade. An aquatint after Lieutenant Joseph Moore of the 89th Regiment, published in his 'Views taken at or near Rangoon, and combined operations in the Birman Empire', an account of the First Anglo-Burmese War (1824-6).

A good example.
