Description

Decorative map of Switzerland with a title cartouche containing allegorical figures and the arms of the cantons. A key lists features in the eight illustrations around the map, which includes waterfalls, marine fossils found on mountains and even a dragon!

Condition:

Laid on contemporary hessian, edged with green cloth.
