Description

A leaflet map of the New York Subway system, with the site of the Union Dime Savings Bank marked with an illustration of the building. On the reverse are the leadlet's cover illustration, a detail of the subway around the bank and historical photographs of New York City. Voorhies was a local artist who painted views of Nassau County and Long Island, and designed book covers. The Union Dime Savings Bank was founded in 1859 and operated until 1981, when it was acquired by Buffalo Savings Bank.

Condition:

Splits in corners of original binding folds.
