Description
An elevated bird's-eye view of Liverpool during its heyday, carefully recording the edifices of the city and the ships responsible for its wealth on the river Mersey. The view is a joint effort by H.W. Brewer (c.1836-1903), an architectural draughtsman, and William Lionel Wyllie (1851-1931), a famous marine artist.
