A very scarce map of Corsica, with an inset of the northern tip of the island in a trompe-l'oeil banner. Drawn in the style of Antonio Zatta but much larger, it comes from a never-finished atlas by the 'Societ? Calcografica', a partnership of the two main Venetian publishers of the period, Zatta and Giuseppe Antonio Remondini, which probably ended with Zatta's death in 1804.
