Description

A map of British East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, and Tanganyika) pubished for tourists in the last years of the East Africa Protectorate. It marks the roads, railways, national parks, and game lodges, with vignette illustrations of sights to be seen on safari. including wildlife and tribesmen. The year of publication Tanganyika achieved independence as Tanzania, followed by Uganda in 1962 and Kenya in 1963.
