Description
A classic collector's map of Ireland, orientateted with north to the right. It is an early example, published in a French-text 'Additamentum', a collection of new maps not in the first edition of the 'Theatrum Orbis Terrarum'. The map did not appear in a full French 'Theatrum' until 1581.
