Description

A detailed 19th century map of Arabia by Carl Ferdinand Weiland. The map marks the routes across the land and shows Riyadh, with insets of the environs of Mecca, Aden and Sinai. Abu Dhabi is named 'Abuthubbi', and Kuwait as 'El Kuweit'. The map was published in Weiland's 'Allgemeiner Hand-Atlas der Erde und des Himmels'.
