Description

A detailed map of London surrounded by a decorative border illustrated with portraits of Victoria and Albert, views of London including the Thames Tunnel, and views of the destination stations of London's new railways, including Birmingham and Brighton. The Railway Bell and Illustrated London Advertiser was a short-lived newspaper published for only two years 1844-6, in the midst of the railway boom.
