A map illustrating the routes of Pierre Marie François de Pages from India to the Mediterranean on the final leg of his celebrated circumnavigation (1767-76), with southern Persia and Arabia, marking Bahrain, Elkatif, Catura and Muscat.
Engraved by Robert Bernard for Pages's "Voyages autour du Monde et vers les Deux poles".
