An attractive copper-engraved bird’s-eye view of Jerusalem, presenting the city and its surroundings as imagined at the time of Christ. The map is derived from the work of Christian Kruik van Adrichom, whose Theatrum Terrae Sanctae et Biblicarum Historiarum (1590) served as a principal source. The view is not based on direct survey but on textual and theological interpretation, reconstructing Jerusalem according to biblical descriptions.
