Description

A plan of Qom with a camel train being carried by boat in the foreground. The view is based on that of Adam Olearius (1603-71), a German scholar and diplomat who visited Isfahan in 1638, and was published in van der Aa'a monumental 'La Gallerie Agreable du Monde', issued in 66 parts.

A good example.
